I wish I read reviews b/f I used this product.... It is completely awful and damaged my hair beyond repair. It is so damaged and fried that it won't even dry. I am left with an entire head of clumps of hair that look like fried wet cotton balls. I have cut as much as I can off it however, it is damaged less from a 1/4 inch from the roots and downward.If that wasn't bad enough, it stripped my blonde hair and I have streaks of copper and orange from a color change. I bet pure BLEACH and Gasoline would have done less damage than this did to my hair. I bought this product and was really anxious to see the results. I have curly hair and I blow dry my hair straight all the time. Unfortunately, this product was nothing what I expected. After rinsing it off, it was almost impossible to brush my hair and it really seemed damaged. I was not too worried because I thought that the step 2 crème will make it better. Well, it didn't. I have to say hair is really straight, even without using iron, but it does appear damaged. Just to be clear, my hair did not look damaged or dry before using this product. I am not sure if the overall effect is really worth it. |
