I would like to start this off by saying I first bought this at CVS not seeing reviews or anything, so i got online as soon as I could to read on this stuff because it seemed (and smelled) awesome. WOW there were so may horrible reviews I was almost ready to just take it back with out trying ( that would have been a huge mistake). I also saw GREAT reviews. I went with the positive reviews and gave it a try.SO HAPPY I BOUGHT THIS STUFF!!!! If you are only going by the reviews, then that might be your mistake, you can only know when you try for yourself. When I first applied the shampoo the smell was GREAT!!! I massaged it in my hair and its was so creamy and thick!! Next was the conditioner, that was even better! I left it in my hair for about 3-5 minutes while I washed the rest of my body. When I rinsed it out my hair felt so soft, but I wanted to wait til my hair was dry, that is the real test. I absolutely love the shampoo, but I use a different local organic conditioner since this product does not soften my hair enough either. This conditioner has something in it that does not allow frizzy or curly hair to really soften, maybe the fragrance in it, who knows.
